HELEN GRANT

A Colburn Town Councillor who has served for over 20 years in the role .  She has undertaken the duty of Mayor on 4 occasions, and served the Ward as a District Councillor.  During that service she was Chairman of the District on 2 occasions and chaired various committees.  She is a Governor at Colburn Primary School, Company Secretary of the Colburn Community Partnership and recently has become a Director of Friends of Colburn Library.     She has stood 3 times in the County Council elections and has a wide knowledge of the Central Richmondshire (Catterick Garrison) County Ward in which she has lived, worked and had a connection for over 40 years.  In May 2012 she was successful at the by-election. She is Parish Clerk to St Martins which is in the Hipswell Ward.h

Andrew has lived and worked in the local area for many years and has been an elected member of Hipswell Parish Council for over 8 years.

He stood as a candidate for the Hornby Castle ward in the 2003 RDC elections.
